About the Game
Angry Birds Rio took a lot from the original application. However, developers made it more interesting by adding a few new elements, such as boss levels.
Even though the birds were kidnapped and moved toRio de Janeiro, the idea of the game hasn’t changed. You should “send” them at structures to rescue exotic birds that are caged and defeat marmosets. Levels don’t have evil pigs with stolen eggs.
While you are playing certain levels, you are either Jewel or Blu. These are Rio’s movie characters.
You can collect hidden items while playing and attach Nigel, another character from Riocartoon. These are new features that are absent in the orginial Angry Birds game.
There are 5 chapters in Angry Birds Rio, each one includes 30 levels. They are ‘Jungle Escape’, ‘Smugglers’ Den’, ‘Beach Volley’, ‘Airfield Chase’, and ‘Carnival Upheaval’. The sixth chapter with 15 levels can be unlocked through ‘Beach Volley’; it is called ‘Golden Beachball’.
The seventh chapter is to be launched this November.
So far, this version of Angry Birds has been downloaded over 10 million times. It is so popular around the world because it offers simple, addictive and fun gameplay, and it doesn’t take much time.
