iBroncos Playbooks for iPad: New Sports Fashion
Some sports teams have finally taken a decision to integrate the iPad into sports. The Denver Broncos along with the Baltimore Favens and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will start working with playbooks for iPad. They believe that this new experience will save money and make the life of the coaches much easier.
The first 120 iBroncos playbooks will be distributed to the coaching staff and players at the Bronco’s. Each virtual book will feature 500 pages.
Plans for the Future
The Denver Bronco is thinking to give the popular tablet computer to each member of their team. Since playbooks for iPad will include video and other information that might be “heavy” to store, the team will most likely receive the best model – a tablet with 64 GB of data. Thus the cost of each device will be over $800.
Once the team will get a new gadget, coaches will be able to use it to automatically send updates to the players. They will be able to add information to iBroncos playbooks for iPad each week.
Each tablet will be protected in such a way that in case it gets lost, the coaches would simply wipe data from it distantly. This makes sure that all the information will be kept confidential and secure.
iPad, Sports Toy for Players
This year the iPad is allowed to be kept on the field. This is good news to coaches and players who can have their new device till kickoff.
Thanks to PlayerLync application used by players, they will be allowed to take the smart tablet computer home and access all information at any time without being tied to their locker room. The app makes it possible to watch videos and game tap, view scouting reports and iBroncos playbook and even comment on everything they see.
It seems that the NFL can change the future of the sport. The first steps are taken. Maybe later the NFL will allow iPads to be used during game play. As for the teams, they will be glad to use modern technology to educate their players and get prepared for the next games.
